Industries

Automotive

CO2 is used as a refrigerant in some vehicle air conditioning systems and in laser cutting during manufacturing. It also plays a role in testing and calibration of emissions systems.

Dry Ice

CO2 is used in the dry ice industry by compressing and cooling it into a solid form. This solid CO2, or dry ice, is then used for cooling, preserving perishable goods, and cleaning in various industries.

Food & Beverage

CO2 is used in the food and beverage industry to carbonate drinks, preserve packaged foods by reducing oxygen, and keep products cold during transport with dry ice.

Metal Fabrications

CO2 is used as a shielding gas in welding to protect the weld area from oxygen and contaminants. This results in cleaner, stronger welds and improved overall quality.

Oil & Gas

CO2 is used in enhanced oil recovery (EOR) by injecting it into underground reservoirs to increase pressure and help push more oil to the surface. This process improves extraction efficiency and extends the life of oil fields.

Water Treatment

CO2 is used to adjust pH by forming carbonic acid when dissolved in water. This helps safely lower alkalinity without using harsh chemicals.
